Their sweet treats are always delicious there isn't anything there I don't like.
They have a wide selection of drinks as well with options to take away and a small seated area outside 😄.
Both Georgie & Colleen are both friendly and very helpful towards customers as well & the shop is always clean and well presented 🤩❤️- Food

We have been customers of Lincoln’s for a long time, almost a weekly treat in our house & the quality and taste is just outstanding - easily the best takeaway in Eastbourne.
Today though, they’ve really impressed me! My daughter has autism and is very fussy with her food, they don’t have jam sandwiches on their menu but always provide one for her - but today she wanted pancakes…
I usually have to separate her foods and ensure they don’t touch, any sauce has to be at the side too. The pancakes here are outstanding. Big, fluffy cakes smothered in delicious sauce and toppings. So, I made a request for them to just be plain as she won’t eat them as they come and explained why - our order arrived and she had plain pancakes but in multiple separate packages were the sauces, the toppings and biscuits too! May not seem like much to some, but it’s really lovely to find somewhere that will accommodate for her this way. I am really grateful and would recommend this place to everyone! I have a very happy 4 year old now!

Staff are genuinely some of the friendliest in town and the food is incredible! Their sandwiches are amazing, milkshakes are great too, never had a bad experience.

Highly recommend checking this hidden gem out if you haven’t already. Service here is always really friendly. There is soo much to choose from. Highly recommend trying the cakes here they are to die for!

What a great asset to Eastbourne! Such reasonable prices and great quality food. I love the counter selection of goodies and you can tell everything is fresh. The cookies are also to die for! I will definitely be back and wish they did a sit in option too.
I’m not ashamed to say that I’m that ADDICTED to their Biscoff pancakes that every Tuesday is pancake day for me. I’ve tried to make American pancakes like these but they are never quite the same… so stuff it Pancake Tuesday it is 🙌🏻 Thank you Lincoln’s I couldn’t get through a Tuesday without you! 😂💕

I adore this place! The owners are so friendly, down to earth and highly likeable. Lincons come into my place of work daily, I buy from them at least once a week! They've also helped me out on a private function, as always the quality of food was hight and price extremely reasonable. I wish you guys every success in keeping this place do awesome.
Hands down best bakery / sandwhich shop in Eastbourne. Large menu, populated with perfectly excuted bakery staples and some great inventive options to that absolutely hit the spot. Yet to have a bad bite from here. The "chicken Kiev" toastie delivers far above expectation 🤩 Prices are very reasonable to boot for the quality's and portion size. A*

Lovely food and the best customer service. Pre ordered my lunch today for 1pm but had a work drama which meant I would be about 20 mins late - the lady kindly offered to go out her way and deliver to me (thankfully I work round the corner) but still, a really lovely gesture and it meant I could eat whilst working and it wasn't cold or gone to waste :) Thank you so much!
Love Lincolns.... delicious homemade food. I usually have jacket potato, tuna and coleslaw with salad. It's the best !! Can't beat it!! Thank you xx

We love it, a couple of jacket potatoes with side salad, ( then eat it in the van ) lots of different toppings (although we always have the same !) nice friendly girls and a good price. See you soon x

We ordered some cup cakes for my sons birthday and they were amazing and we ordered Lunch as well today and had it delivered it was absolutely delicious, we will definitely be back again! 👍
